Refund and Returns Policy

At One Step UK, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

At this moment, NO REFUND is available for:

• Cash payments

• Card payments

• Mobile financial platform payments

Return Policy

You may request a return or replacement only under specific conditions described below.

1. Eligible Return Cases

A return is accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during shipping

• The product is defective

• The product received is not the one you ordered

If any of these issues occur, please return the product to the delivery person immediately.

2. Return Conditions (Location-Based)

Inside Dhaka

• You must check the product in front of the delivery person.

• If you find any defect, notify our Customer Service Department immediately, send a photo, and return the product instantly.

Outside Dhaka

• Any damage must be reported immediately upon receiving the product.

• The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving it.

3. General Return Rules

• The product must remain intact unless damaged during delivery.

• Used, swatched, or tested products will not be accepted for exchange or return.

• If a customer chooses the wrong product (color, type, size, etc.), return or exchange will not be accepted.

• In exceptional approved cases, the customer must bear the transportation cost for returns.

4. Color/Size Exchange

• If a customer wants to exchange due to color or size, the customer must pay the return and reshipping costs.

• If the product is verified as faulty, One Step UK will cover both-way shipping costs (return pickup + reshipment).

5. Verification Process

Once we receive your returned product:

1. The item will be forwarded to our Product Development & Inspection Department.

2. Verification takes 1–2 business days.

3. If the claim is valid, we will provide a replacement product.

4. If the claim is invalid, One Step UK will not process an exchange or a refund.
